Can I request a meal for 20 people?There is no limit to the number of guests. We have experience serving from 2 to 1,000 guests.

I’m not sure which service to choose. Can you make suggestions based on my needs?Absolutely. We’ll carefully listen to your preferences — such as date, number of guests, and budget — and propose the best plan for you.

What if I don’t have kitchen tools or seasonings at home?We can use your existing equipment, but if anything is missing, our team will bring everything necessary — no problem at all.

I’d like to host a meal outdoors, but I don’t have tables or chairs.We can provide outdoor tables, chairs, tablecloths, and other necessary equipment based on the number of guests.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please make sure to contact us in advance. If we do not receive any notice, we will charge 100% of the quoted amount — including setup and service fees — regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Changes to Number of Guests or Menu
Please inform us of any changes to the number of guests or the menu at least 8 days before your event. If you notify us by 8 days before the event The confirmed number of guests and menu items as of 8 days prior will be used as the minimum guaranteed amount. If you notify us within 7 days before the event The amount based on the number of guests confirmed 8 days prior will be considered the minimum guarantee.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card on the day of the event, or via invoice sent afterward. Please ensure payment is completed by the specified due date.
